This policy covers our websites only. If you are a resident or patient of one of our healthcare communities, health information about you is handled separately under that community's Notice of Privacy Practices (HIPAA), which you can request from the community.

  • Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or inquiry form, you may share your name, email, phone number, and any message you write. If you apply for a job, you'll be taken to a separate hiring website that collects your details there.
  • Information collected automatically. If you allow analytics (see "Cookies" below), we collect basic usage data such as the pages you visit, the type of device and browser you use, and a general (not precise) location. This helps us understand what's useful and improve our sites.

We do not ask for sensitive personal or health information through our websites.
